How to request deletion and what happens next
Delete your Kârgo account
You can request account deletion directly inside the app. If you cannot access your account, email kargoappinfo@gmail.com and include the email address or phone number linked to your profile.
Delete In The App
- Open Kârgo and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Profile, then open Settings.
- Choose Delete account and complete the security check.
- Confirm the request to start deletion.
What Happens Next
- Your account is hidden from the app immediately after the request is accepted.
- You can recover the account within 7 days if you change your mind.
- After the recovery window, personal profile data is deleted or anonymized.
- Some records may be retained where required for safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
