Kârgo is building flexible delivery using trips that already happen.
Kârgo is an MVP in development that connects people who need to send a package with travelers who already go in the same direction and have available transport capacity.
How Kârgo works
- A sender posts a shipment they want to send.
- A traveler posts a route they already plan to take.
- Kârgo helps match them based on route, time, shipment type and available capacity.
- The sender gets a more flexible delivery option, while the traveler can earn from a trip they were already making.
Kârgo is not designed only around personal cars. The broader idea is to use different forms of existing transport where there is safe, available and suitable capacity.
Where we are headed
Kârgo starts with private users (C2C / P2P). Our long-term goal is to explore—and validate over time—whether the same network of existing trips could support businesses, shops, services and small companies that occasionally need intercity delivery without owning a vehicle fleet or hiring additional delivery staff.
Business use cases are not live today; they are a future direction to be explored as the product matures.
